The Emotional Support Session is a grounded, judgment-free space to talk things through, process heavy emotions, and receive support that meets you exactly where you are.
It's especially designed for folks who often feel “too much,” too sensitive, too overwhelmed — or like they don’t quite fit in traditional healing spaces.
With over 20 years of experience in social work, trauma recovery, intuitive guidance, and neurodivergence support, I offer a space that’s equal parts spiritual and practical.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up as you are.
What This Session Can Include:
Emotional processing and grounded reflection
Intuitive insights and gentle spiritual guidance (if wanted)
Tools for managing overwhelm, regulation, and self-trust
Compassionate listening without pressure to “fix” anything
Optional inner child support, affirmations, or check-in prompts
This is for you if you want to feel seen, supported, and soothed — without needing to explain your whole life.
Who is Session is For:
You’re navigating big emotions or a life transition and need support and someone to hold space
You live with anxiety, ADHD, CPTSD, burnout/Compassion Fatigue, and/or other mental health issues.
You want trauma-aware support from someone who gets it, and who has been navigating systems her entire life.
You need someone to talk to — but you don’t want clinical therapy or one-size-fits-all advice
You are looking for tools or resources to help you navigate the complexities of what you are dealing with.
What to Expect:
Sessions are held on Zoom (with cameras optional)
Session length: 60 minutes
You’ll receive follow-up notes and any relevant tools discussed
You’re welcome to come with a specific topic or just... show up
Cost: $75 USD
